Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Trulos Transportation Incorporated (“Trulos,” “LaneVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the LaneVision mobile application, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company information, account information, support requests, and other communications. We may also collect information about your use of LaneVision, such as app interactions, device and operating-system information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, crash information, and diagnostic or performance data.

2. Subscription and Payment Information

LaneVision subscriptions may be purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the purchase and payment information under its own terms and privacy policies. We may receive subscription-related information such as subscription status, product purchased, transaction identifiers, renewal status, or expiration information needed to provide and manage your access. We do not receive or store your full payment card number from an app-store purchase.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve LaneVision; create and manage accounts; verify subscription access; respond to support requests; communicate about the service; diagnose technical issues; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate LaneVision, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, application monitoring, customer support, and subscription-management providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or similar business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Third-Party Services and Data

LaneVision may use third-party services and may display freight market or rate information obtained from third-party data sources. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Where a third-party service collects information directly from your device, its handling of that information is governed by its applicable privacy terms.

6. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Similar Technologies

We may use analytics, diagnostics, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies to operate the app, understand usage, measure performance, remember preferences, and identify errors. The specific technologies used may change as LaneVision develops.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LaneVision, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Subscription cancellation is handled through the app store through which you purchased your subscription.

9. Children

LaneVision is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LaneVision changes. We will update the effective date when a revised policy becomes effective.
