Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LaneVision mobile application, website, and related services provided by Trulos Transportation Incorporated (“Trulos,” “LaneVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using LaneVision, you agree to these Terms.
1. LaneVision
LaneVision provides freight market, lane, and rate-related information and tools for informational and business decision-support purposes. Freight markets change continuously. LaneVision does not guarantee that any displayed rate, estimate, historical information, or other data represents the rate available for a particular shipment or transaction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and activity conducted through your account. You may not provide unauthorized access to your account or circumvent account, subscription, or usage restrictions.
3. Mobile App Subscription
LaneVision is offered as a monthly subscription for $9.99 unless a different price is displayed in the applicable app store at the time of purchase. Purchases made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store and are also subject to that store’s terms. Prices and applicable taxes may vary by country or region.
4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription automatically renews for successive monthly periods unless canceled in accordance with the applicable app store’s subscription procedures. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase. Deleting the LaneVision app does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
5. Refunds
App-store purchases and refund requests are generally administered by Apple or Google under their applicable policies. Except where required by law or provided by the applicable app store, Trulos does not independently guarantee refunds for subscription charges processed by an app store.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use LaneVision only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, scrape or extract data at scale without permission, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, resell or redistribute LaneVision data without authorization, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Freight and Third-Party Data
LaneVision may incorporate information from third-party data providers and other sources. Data availability, coverage, timing, and accuracy may vary. Third-party information remains subject to applicable rights and restrictions, and LaneVision does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continued availability.
8. No Guarantee of Rates or Business Results
LaneVision does not set freight rates and does not guarantee any negotiated rate, revenue, profit, load availability, cost savings, or other business result. You remain responsible for evaluating the information presented and making your own pricing, operational, and business decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
LaneVision, its software, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Trulos or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription provides a limited, personal or internal-business right to use LaneVision; it does not transfer ownership of the service or its content.
10. Service Changes
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as LaneVision develops. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneVision is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trulos and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to LaneVision.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, misuse, security or legal risk, fraudulent activity, or lack of a valid subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. App Store Terms
Your use of the LaneVision app may also be subject to terms imposed by the platform from which you obtained it. If applicable platform terms conflict with these Terms with respect to matters controlled by the platform, the applicable platform requirements will govern those matters.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
